As usual, remove the old version 'XLN_XXL_drazic_road_usa_v1.2' of your folder 'mods', and then replace by this new version 'zzz_XLN_XXL_drazic_road_usa_v1.3'

If the MXL Launcher keep crashing upon starting up, go into the Median XL folder and delete the file:' settings.json', then try starting the launcher once again. If any crash related to the use of the launcher occurs, it means that: you didn't install the latest version of the MXL Launcher and are using the old one (MXLSetupv0.3.0). TikSweep is a small utility I made that will remove any ticket files that are not being used. This is useful if you've tried something that batch installed tickets and then decided you want to remove these ticket files.
